The third Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival is happening in London

The third Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival, which is being organized by the English Turkish Cypriot Associations Council (CTCA UK), will happen on Sunday the 30th of June.

According to the statement made by the Council, the festival will take place at Enfield Playing Fields, Donkey Lane, Enfield EN1 3PL, between the hours of 11:00 – 20:00.

Aside from the 28 member associations, the festival which is once again being organized by the Turkish Language, Culture and Education Consortium, will feature liked Cypriot foods and desserts, Folk Dance shows by Turkish schools and will be attended by Turkish Cypriot associations, civil society leaders, writers and will see various arts and sports activities.

The legendary rock group SOS which has been identified with the festival since 2017 and “O Ses Türkiye” finalist İbrahim Şevki as well as artists such as Osman Tuğsal, Peri Aziz, Yiğit Çıtak and young talent Yasemin Nafi will take stage. Osman Balıkçıoğlu will also be performing his parody show.

It has also been recorded that this year the famous English Mid-Summer Ball has also been transferred to the festival which is a first.

20 DJs and Musicians who are known within the English Music market who have Turkish Cypriot roots will also be performing during the event. Among them are DJ Ramsey, Havva from X Factor, DJ Fen, J Junior, Mr Jones and DJ Eren. Famous actor Tamer Hassan will also attend the Mid-Summer Ball.

It has also been made clear that the festival will also include super luxurious cars and that visitors can analyze the cars and can take pictures of them.
